About Derek Sablad:

Hello everyone, my name is Derek Sablad. I am excited to be apart of the SSV team. I knew that this was the perfect decision for me to join this group because of its strong core values.  I am a East Bay Native, but I’ve had the opportunities to live and experience Sacramento and Santa Clara county. I am back in the East Bay and I just absolutely love the Bay Area.   Growing up I’ve always loved cars and houses. Aside from Real Estate my passion is fitness and cooking.   I decided to make the switch into real estate to work towards my Whys in life. Living my life with fulfillment was always the question for me. I wanted to start making my own dreams come true. If I can build my dream then I want to help someone build theirs as well. My background of 10 years client facing in banking and in the automotive industries, I’ve developed strong empathy towards others.  I am excited to meet you all.
