As we look ahead to 2023, many people are wondering what the housing market will look like. Will it be a buyer’s market? Will prices rise? Will there be more homes available? All of these questions and more can be difficult to answer. But by looking at current trends, we can get an idea of what we can expect from the housing market in this new year. 

The housing market has experienced a lot of ups and downs over the last seven months in the Bay Area, but we're seeing signs of improvement that will hopefully continue here at the beginning of 2023. In 2022, we saw a surge in home prices due to the inventory levels, but recently there are signs of an improvement in the market that will fair especially well for all home sellers.
